We taped a really fun podcast recently which featured Lafayette’s Cheré Dastugue Coen, who writes fictional works under the pen name Cherie Claire. An award-winning journalist in both the fiction and non-fiction realms, Cheré released her fifth Viola Valentine paranormal mystery, Give Up the Ghost, in November 2019.

The series features Viola Valentine, a New Orleans travel writer, who experienced the opening of a psychic door after the trauma of Hurricane Katrina.
