Cpl. Bridgette Dugas of the Lafayette City Police Department is our guest on Discover Lafayette. In 2019, over 300 guns were stolen in Lafayette LA. 100 of the guns came from unlocked cars. The police encourage all people to lock their car doors. Remove all valuables from plain sight. “If you love it, lock it!”
